Black Parakeet, LLC (“Black Parakeet,” “we,” “us”) is a Technodynamics company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit blackparakeet.com (the “Site”) or contact us. It does not cover data we process on behalf of clients under a signed engagement; that work is governed by the confidentiality and data terms of each client agreement.

- Details you submit through our contact form or send by email, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, role, the type of organization you represent and what you are interested in.
- Anything else you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring site, processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to deliver and secure the Site.
- Aggregate visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, as described in section 5.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry, including by email or phone, schedule conversations and send materials you request.
- To assess and prepare for a potential engagement, including confidentiality arrangements such as NDAs.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. How we share information
- Service providers who help us run the Site and our business, under obligations to protect the information. These include Cloudflare (hosting, security and analytics) and Google (email, and receiving and storing contact-form submissions).
- Our affiliates, including Technodynamics, LLC, where needed to respond to you or deliver services.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, safety and property.
- Business transfers, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
4. Confidentiality of inquiries
We treat inquiries as confidential. We do not name clients or prospective clients, and we will sign your NDA or work through your outside counsel before you share sensitive information.
5. Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views; it does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. Our hosting provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary to protect the Site from abuse. The fonts on the Site are served from our own domain, not by a third party.
6. Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and then for a reasonable period for legal and record-keeping purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, residents of Canada have rights under PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws, and residents of the EEA and UK have rights under the GDPR. 9. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S., with appropriate safeguards where required.
10. Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
